I live with friends who love reading, but don’t have the money for hard covers everyday. And because cheaper books often are not this solid I hade the idea of sewing a cover that would protect books of different thickness.
First I sewed the inner parts. In contrast to this tutorial I placed them some centimeters away from the outer edge.
The cover is reversible and should fit for different books. I’m waiting for the results of the on-road trial… The thread with the marbels can be used as a bookmark.
