I copied another of my favourite shirts. I had to change the pattern a lot because the old one was pretty spoiled but in the end I made it. Next one will be a little longer since I don’t care to much for showing my belly to everyone 😉

Nevermind the crinkles – it’s just hard to photograph yourself and stand straight…

I needed two things today: a feeling of success and a new purse for my ID and bank cards. Besides I still had leftovers which I wanted to change into something useful. With the help of some tutorials from the i-net I did this:

First I connected the remains of my kitchen curtain and cut it to the right size – at least to what I believed was the right size –

and then pressed it.

Then I took the remains of the cutting and sew them together for the outside. Then i sew both parts together, cut the edges, turned it over and closed it.

And then I realize that it was way to big – still I do mistakes in taking my measurements… But it wasn’t too bad since I decided to take it as an advantage because I now could fold the top edge and this way prevent my cards from slipping out of the purse.
